While placing the Order:

Please do check the following before placing an order and in case you need any clarifications do not hesitate to contact us.

  • - Dimensions, material and colour of the product
  • - Whether the Item Requires Assembly
  • - Dimensions of the entrance/door to your home/office/shop/premise before buying, so as to ensure that there is no problem in getting the furniture inside
Please note that wood has inherent qualities such as marginal differences in stain and varnish, unique grain patterns etc which are visible on a finished product and result in two otherwise identical items looking different. These are natural features of wood that provide character to each piece of wooden furniture and are accepted as per Industry standards. Small knots are also sometimes visible on the surface which are filled in by the furniture craftsmen during manufacture.

WHAT IS THE FREIGHT CHARGE?
Freight rates vary according to the area of the city/country in which you live and according to Transport available.

WHAT KIND OF PACKING IS DONE?
3 layer packing of corrugated sheet, bubble wrap & shrink wrap as a final one is done for best protection. Incase of out station delivery, we recommend hiring professional packers & movers which will involve crating for fragile items at an additional cost. .

ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE?
Most of our product line is shown on the Website. Since we are bespoke designers there are new designs & developments every month, the best way to get to view them all is book an appointment to see the latest collection.

Leather:
Care & maintenance of the various leathers we use is available upon request and a leather cleaning kit can be purchased. No leather is stain resistant unless specified.


At the time of Delivery:
For products that require assembly (Self Assembly) please check for the Instruction Manual and all the screws, nuts etc. as per the manual. In the exceptional circumstance of you not having received the manual or any assembly parts (screws, nuts etc.), please notify our customer support team and we will arrange for them to be delivered to you.
For all items that are expected to stand, ensure that the item is steady and straight. Unevenness up to 5mm happens due to difference in surfaces and floor levels and is an accepted industry standard. Bushes will have to be attached to balance the item.
In case of dust or a lack of shine, rubbing the surface with a cloth will help. This is an accepted method for cleaning the surface of a furniture item and making it shine.


NORMAL UPHOLSTERY BEHAVIOR
Normal softening and puddling of the foam and fibers in seat and back cushions, should not be considered a defect, nor confused with abnormal wear and loss of resiliency in cores and filling materials. From time to time, your seats and back cushions will need "fluffing up" as any upholstered furniture does and should be regulated with use.
